Securify for Judge.me — merchant guide

Every time a customer leaves a review, Securify validates the email address it was submitted with: does the inbox actually exist, is it a throwaway (disposable) address, does it look like a bot signup? Reviews from addresses that fail these checks are flagged as Likely fake on your Securify dashboard, so your star rating reflects real customers only.

Securify is read-only: it never edits review text, never emails your customers, and never hides a review on its own. You stay in control of moderation.

1. Open judgeme.securification.ai and click Connect Judge.me.
2. Sign in to Securify with your email. Enter any email address you can read and click the sign-in link we send — it arrives within seconds. There is no password to create and no separate registration; the same account manages every Securify connection you make. Already signed in? This step is skipped.
3. Judge.me shows an authorization screen listing the read-only permissions Securify requests (reviews, reviewers, shop info). Click Authorize.
4. You land back on your Securify dashboard — connected. From this moment every new review is checked automatically. No theme changes, no code, nothing to configure.

To come back later, open the dashboard and sign in with the same email, or go to your Securify account — every store you have connected is listed there.

More than one store? Connect each one with the same email. The dashboard then asks which store to open (or use Switch store at the top of a store's dashboard); each store has its own counters, review list and Disconnect button.

Three counters summarise your store:

• Reviews checked — every review Securify has validated so far.
• Fake or suspicious — reviews whose email failed (or couldn't pass) verification.
• Real — reviews from verified, reachable inboxes.

Below the counters, Latest checked reviews lists each review — star rating, title, text, who left it — with a verdict:

• Real — the email belongs to a real, reachable inbox.
• Suspicious — the email can't be fully verified (e.g. a catch-all domain).
• Likely fake — a throwaway address, or one that doesn't exist at all. Bots and review farms use these; real customers don't.

Where available, a 0–100 score shows mailbox quality (higher = more trustworthy).

Securify flags; you decide. You have two ways to act:

• In Judge.me — open the review in your Judge.me admin (Reviews → find it by the reviewer's name or email) and use Judge.me's own moderation.
• Right from Securify (optional) — click Enable moderation on the dashboard to grant one extra permission (write_reviews). Each review then gets a Hide in Judge.me / Republish button. Hiding is always reversible and never deletes the review.

A flagged review is a strong signal, not an automatic verdict: a real customer occasionally uses a relay or alias address.

• Access is granted via Judge.me's official authorization screen and is read-only by default (reviews, reviewers, shop info). The optional moderation feature adds a single write permission (write_reviews) only if you enable it.
• Securify stores the review metadata it shows you (title, rating, text snippet, reviewer name and email) and the verification verdict — nothing else.
• Your Securify account holds only the email you signed in with. Sign-in links are single-use and expire; a session lasts 30 days of activity and never more than 90 days before you sign in again.
• Disconnect at the bottom of the dashboard (or uninstalling from Judge.me) stops validation immediately and stops Securify using the store's access token. Your Securify account stays; reconnecting later restores the store's history.
